In accordance with our charter contract with the School District of Hillsborough County, East Tampa Academy follows the Hillsborough County Public Schools’ Student Progression Plan and the Student Code of Conduct.
Parents should also refer to the East Tampa Academy 2021-2022 Student-Parent Handbook to review discipline procedures. The School Director has a reasonable degree of discretion when determining the level of an offense and resulting consequences and may take into consideration the age and maturity level of the student.
